Welcome to iNEWS, the official monthly newsletter of the Internationals Girls Soccer Club!
Club Happenings ~ September 2007
- League Play: All of our teams are playing in GAASA Boys Div, State League and our U14 Akron team is also playing in the Midwest Regional League.
- GAASA
- Our U12, U13, and U14 teams are currently in First Place and will make the playoffs
- Our U13s are also UNDEFEATED!!
- Our U11s are in Third Place and still have a shot at the playoffs
- Our U10s are in Sixth Place but have competed well and have showed great heart and passion all season long
- State League
- All of our teams are went undefeated in September, compiling a 12-0-1 record overall!
- MRL
- Our U14s are in first place as of Oct 1, 2007
- MEAD Cup - Dayton, Ohio - September 1-3, 2007, U10-U14
This tournament featured some of the best competition in the Region. Although we did not walk away with the results we are used to, we came away from the weekend with some lessons-learned and it was a great way to kick start the fall season!
- Club Challenge in Toledo - September 8, 2007, U10-U14: All teams played 2 friendlies against GTFC and the Michigan Hawks.

during the last week in October. The GAASA playoffs will be held on October 13 and 14.
