Internationals SC U9 Girls Crowned GAASA Champions

The Internationals SC U9 Girls were crowned Greater Akron Amateur Soccer Association (GAASA) Champions over the weekend during the GAASA Fall Playoffs.

After finishing the regular season in first place with a record of 6-1-1, the Internationals U9s were seeded first in the playoffs. The semifinal matchup against Eagles saw the team advance with a 4-0 win to match up against Perry in the final. After trailing at halftime 2-1, the Internationals U9s stormed back in the second half, scoring five unanswered goals and winning the championship with the 6-2 final score.
