Join us on the weekend of October 24th & 25th for our FALL SEASON FINALE TOURNAMENT.

BRACKETS

New for 2020 we are offering boys divisions along side the girls. At registration you are offered the choice of ELITE, PREMIER or COMPETITIVE level of play. Brackets will be structured according to a team's competitivie ability.Tournament Committee reserves the right to combine brackets if necessary.

FORMAT

Each team is guaranteed three (3) games minimum
(U8 will play 4 x 10-minute quarters, U9-12 will play two x 25-minutes halves, U13+ will play 2x35 minute halves).
Tournament games will be played at Copley Rd Soccer fields (grass) or at Pinnacle Sports (turf).
Two excellent locations and facilities! Hotels and major attractions are 5-10 minutes away.

SCHEDULE

 The tournament schedule will be emailed to coaches and team managers and will also be posed here.
We anticipate the schedule to be published the week of October 5th

Playing Venues

The Season Finale Tournament will be held and two facilities. Both facilities offer great playing surfaces and are both within 5-10 minutes of hotels, restaurants and other activities. They are also about 15-20 minutes drive from one another. We will strive to keep all divisions games located at the same facility.

Team Registration

There are two ways to register your team for the tournament
1 - Register in person.Team registration will take place at a minimum of one hour prior to your first game at the venue of your first game.

2 - Register via Email.  You can email scans/photos of the required documents: Team Roster & Waiver Form (see link below) and proof of age (player cards/birth certificates). Please make sure all scans/photos or legible and email to Dean Dishman at [email protected]

Registration Requirements

To complete registration each team will need the following items:

Final Tournament Roster & Liability Waiver Form
ALL teams must show proof of age (player card or birth certificate) at registration prior to their first game and thereafter as required

Tournament Rosters are frozen at the time of registration. No roster changes will be allowed after team registration.
U8 divisions will play 4 v 4 (no GK) -
Max roster size: 10
U9 & U10 divisions will play 7 v 7 - Max roster size: 16.
U11 & U12 divisions will play 9 v 9 - Max Roster size: 16.
U13 and up will play 11 v 11 - Max roster size: 22.


Birth year grouping
U8 (2012) - U9 (2011) - U10 (2010) - U11 (2009) -  U12 (2008) -  U13 (2007) - U14 (2006) -  U15 (2005) -  High School (00-04).

Application Procedure

Submit your application to the tournament by clicking on the button below. Once accepted into the tournament you will receive and invoice for the total amount off all teams your club has registered. The invoice must be paid within 7 days of receipt to complete registration.
Once accepted, all tournament entry fees are non-refundable. Applications without payment will not be accepted.

Refund policy

Due to the current situation with youth soccer and COVID-19 we understand that circumstances, out of our control, may arise which impacts the ability for the tournament to be conducted or for your team to compete. Should the tournament be cancelled due to COVID-19 guidelines/restrictions/requirements set by health/government departments a full or partial refund would be issued depending on how close to the date of the tournament his was cancelled. Individual team cancellations will be dealt with on a case by case basis and a refund (full or partial) may or may not be issued.

 TaylorCeepo Memorial Fund 50/50 Raffle

Over the course of the tournament weekend we are providing an opportunity to contribute the legacy of one of our club players who passed away suddenly in May 2019.

We will be holding a 50/50 raffle at our event for the Taylor Paige Ceepo Memorial Fund. 50% of the proceeds will be awarded to the lucky winner while the remaining 50% will be donated to the fund through the Cleveland Foundation.  Be on the lookout for ticket sales at the Tournament Headquarters!

Tickets will be sold Saturday and Sunday. Cash only, so plan ahead! The drawing to be held on Sunday around 2 pm.  Winner need not be present. The lucky winner will be contacted and the result will also be published here.

$5 for 6 tickets
$10 for arm’s length

AND THE WINNER IS......

Taylor, 22 years old, was a 2019 graduate of Walsh University, 2015 St. Vincent – St. Mary HS graduate and long–time Internationals Soccer Club member, passed away unexpectedly in May 2019 while running in the Cleveland Half Marathon.

Taylor’s death was caused by undiagnosed cardiomyopathy. She was an organ donor through Lifebanc.

The Taylor Paige Ceepo Memorial Fund at the Cleveland Foundation has been created to honor Taylor’s legacy and support causes she cared about.You can celebrate her memory and make a difference in the community by making a gift to her fund.
